Careers
Pasadena Sewer Repair looks for people who take practical problem solving seriously, respect customers' property, and communicate well with a small team. Sewer work can be technical, physical, and unpredictable, so we value reliability and good judgment as much as previous trenchless experience.
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing trenchless sewer line repair properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in trenchless sewer line repair or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.
